Is this messed up or what? Do they actually think this will motivate people to lose weight? I know this is not in my area but how long will it stay that way? I see it now. Some other hospitals saying “Hey, this is a good idea! However, lets lower it from 35 to 30 BMI.” I see it getting lower and lower to where...
Weigh-In
Two more pounds….gone :3. I’m working hard on attempting to lose at LEAST two pounds a week. I’ll shoot for three, but I’ll be happy with two. My Birthday is June 1st. I would like to be able to wear a size 16 by then. :D:D YAY! I need some work out tips though….so I have to do some investigating.
